Approved Continuing Education Courses for Individual Loan Originators and Processors
A continuing education course from another state shall satisfy the continuing education requirements for Kentucky if the mortgage regulatory agency of the state where the course is held has approved the course for continuing education in that state and the course meets the classroom requirements of KRS 286.8-255 and 286.8-260.
Of the 12 hours of continuing education required every year, registered mortgage loan originators and processors shall complete a minimum of six continuing education hours at least once every two years on the requirements of either KRS 286.8 or KRS 360.100 or a combination of both.
